Swinging into holiday gear takes energy and spirit, both of which get a boost during the Sun’s transit of festive fire sign Sagittarius. This time of year is hectic and exuberant, but can take its toll on our minds and bodies. In order to support the busy nature of the season, I’m blending essential oils that soothe and reenergize.Â
The Tension Relief Roll On is a blend of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Black Pepper essential oils in a fractionated coconut oil base. Wintergreen and Eucalyptus relieve aching and sore muscles, stimulating tired and overworked bodies. Rosemary is excellent for easing painful joints, while Black Pepper encourages healthy circulation. These oils work together to release physical tension and refocus energy, helping to revitalize and join in the reindeer games.
I’m also making a Tension Relief Inhaler which helps to calm stress headaches and to ground anxious feelings. This blend of Lavender, Peppermint, and Frankincense essential oils works to alleviate pressure and calm emotions. These small inhalers are convenient to carry while in the midst of holiday shopping!
